Terms of Sales
By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

-One-time offers (e.g., $497 packages)
-Coaching, training, or advisory services & more
-Live, virtual events or physical meet-ups
2. Payment Terms All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise. We accept payment through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and forfeiture of access.
3. Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific offer. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving access to intellectual property and proprietary content that is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits solely at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
4. Access and Delivery Access to digital content will be delivered via email or private portal after payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and that your spam filter does not block our communications.
We are not responsible for access issues due to third-party service outages.
5. License and Usage Restrictions Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not:

6. Membership Terms (if applicable) Memberships renew automatically every 30 days unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
We reserve the right to terminate any membership for violation of our terms or inappropriate conduct.

Membership Terms
1. Membership Access Membership includes access to members-only content, tools, digital trainings, and private community features. Access is contingent on full payment and adherence to all terms in this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update or modify membership content or benefits at any time.
2. Payment & Billing
-The Program is billed at $33 per month, recurring automatically every 30 days.
-You authorize Apex Mastery, LLC to charge your payment method on file until cancellation.
-Failed payments may result in suspension of access. After 2 failed attempts, your membership may be canceled without notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy You may cancel your membership anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations are effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued.
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. License and Use Restrictions All materials provided within the Program are the sole property of Apex Mastery, LLC. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the content for your individual development.
You may not:
-Share, sell, or distribute materials
-Allow others to access the membership through your account
-Republish or recreate our intellectual property
-Violations will result in termination of access and legal action.
5. Conduct Expectations You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful manner in all community interactions. Harassment, abusive language, or behavior deemed disruptive by the Company will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
6. Disclaimers We make no guarantees of results, earnings, or transformation. All content is for educational purposes only. Your success depends on your own effort and execution.
7. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if your account has been compromised.
